Due to overwhelming demand, we may not be able to process requests for immediate services, ie. same-day, or same-week lesson. If you require services immediately, please do not make a payment online prior to contacting our office. The processing fees that we incur will not be refunded to you should you decide that we cannot meet your immediate requirements and request a refund.

Also, due to overwhelming demand in scheduling, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions. Our instructors must be paid for any services scheduled that are cancelled with less than 24-hour notice, and therefore you must be charged for them.

In order to complete your registration, you will need to email a clear image/file of the front of your NYS photo permit to: 5hourclass@emdsonline.net on the day of the class you plan to attend (on Friday for the Saturday class). The temporary paper permit can only be used if it is still valid, and it must be accompanied by a valid NYS government photo ID. NO OTHER FORM OF ID IS ACCEPTABLE.
Be sure to include your full name and class date in the subject line of the email.
We will respond to your email between the hours of 4 pm and 5 pm with the information needed to connect to the class. Logon time is 15 minutes prior to class start time. You will not be accepted after the start time. If you do not receive a reply by 5 pm, please call: 516-579-2988 RIGHT AWAY.
